Vanessa's Hatha Flow class provides a place for students at all levels to explore how to integrate movement with breath and become more mindful both on and off the mat. Each class will focus on a vinyasa flow that incorporates strengthening, lengthening, and awareness. Through her friendly and fun-loving communication style she works to meet students where they are and help them explore their unique yoga practice. She encourages students to listen to their body and get in touch with the wisdom it provides. Vanessa began practicing yoga to address a neck injury and quickly became inspired by the many benefits yoga has to offer beyond the physical. She is delighted to share that with others. She completed her teacher certification at Yoga Tree in San Francisco.
