Before You Come

Before class begins, please let the instructor know about anything that might affect your practice, such as injuries, pregnancy, recent illness, chronic health conditions, anxiety, depression, migraines, etc.

Women who are menstruating will do alternative poses, guided by the instructor, when the full class is practicing poses that are not recommended for menstruation. There is a brief chant at the beginning of class.

If you are late to class, please do not enter the studio while the class is chanting. Wait quietly outside and come in as soon as the chant is finished.

Don’t spend your first Yoga class struggling to keep up, get the personal attention you need and deserve by choosing the right class level for you. We also offer private Yoga classes to students who want a more private introduction to Yoga, please call us to schedule your private session.
